Letter from Matt
WELCOME TO SCORECORRECT!
ScoreCorrect is a company that stands as a unique success in operating a legal,
ethical, and results-driven credit repair organization.
ScoreCorrect was designed following three parallel paths – legal compliance with
state and federal laws, effective processing methodology, and effective customer
service and communication.
A vast majority of credit repair companies simply neglect their obligations to register
and/or to post a surety bond in those states that require it. Not ScoreCorrect.
We register and post bonds where required, and we meticulously adhere to the mandates
of the Credit Repair Organizations Act and the laws of your state. This protects
you as well as your customers.
ScoreCorrect’s processing methodology also sets the standard to which others aspire.
We do not simply challenge all negative tradelines in hopes that something sticks;
instead we thoroughly analyze the credit report, and, in consultation with the consumer,
identify those items that reasonably contain inaccuracies, unverifiable information,
or obsolete data. This allows us to provide the most effective reasoning to the
credit bureaus as to why an item must be corrected or removed from the report. But
we do not stop there. An equally effective tool involves sending attorney requests
for verification of questionable accounts to creditors and collectors.
Finally, ScoreCorrect’s effective customer service and communications sets it apart
from the pack. This is especially true where the consumer is referred through a
loan originator’s office. ScoreCorrect is expert at keeping the referring LO informed
as to the status of the credit correction case, and, importantly, in getting the
consumer back to the LO with a mortgage-ready credit score.
Thank you for taking the time to review the enclosed information and for considering
ScoreCorrect for your clients who may need assistance with their credit scores before
becoming loan-ready.
Best regards,
Matthew J. Arnold, Esq.
